What are the reservation policies at Provident Doral At The Blue?
CREDIT CARD POLICY: First night’s room and tax deposit is charged at time of booking to hold a reservation.
A reservation that is for 28 nights or more, a $1000 deposit is required.
A Credit card is required to be checked into the hotel and must be the same credit card booked online with.
The credit card will be authorized for room, tax and for incidental charges. Incidental authorizations are $100 per day (up to $300 per stay). If no incidental charges take place, the hold funds will be released back to the card at the time of check out. Full release depends on the time of processing of your bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations are held for the day of arrival only, not the entire stay. Any changes or cancellations to your reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of one night's room and tax. There is also a one night's room and tax penalty for early departure. To cancel your reservation, if booked online at [email protected] or contact us at 305-597-8600.
MINIMUM AGE: Must be 21 to make a reservation, check in, and someone at least 21 years of age must reside in the unit for the duration of the reservation.
PARKING POLICY: Provident Doral At The Blue offers self-parking at $17 per night plus tax.
Make sure to obtain the parking pass upon check in and have it visible on your car windshield.

FITNESS CENTER- POOL & SPA AZUL
- Fitness center opens daily.
- Spa Azul open by appointment only.
- Pool access from sunrise to sunset.
- Pool parties are not permitted at any time.
- Food and beverages to be served at the Pool and Hotel public areas (Restaurant, Terrace, Meeting Room, Lobby) MUST be supplied and prepared by the Hotel Restaurant. No other food, nor beverage will be allowed.
- Coolers are not permitted at the pool area.
- Glass items are not permitted at the pool area.
HOUSEKEEPING: We provide service every 3rd day of your stay. If you need additional service and or any amenities, please contact the front desk.
PETS: Only Service dogs are allowed. Cleaning fee may apply.
Do I need to give my credit card to make an online reservation? Is it secure?
Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations made via the Internet. To protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card, the reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information. For more information, please contact [email protected].

Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. You will be charged for the first night stay only. To avoid being charged, reservations must be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel for the rate and dates booked.

What time is check-in and checkout at the property?
Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM. A fee applies for early check-in (amount may vary; subject to availability). Late check out is available for a fee (amount may vary; subject to availability).

We have six accessible suites available and one wheelchair-accessible suite. Please indicate your request when making the reservation.

Self-parking is available for $17 USD per night plus tax.
Are any dry cleaning services offered at Provident Doral at The Blue Miami?
Yes, dry cleaning and laundry service are offered to guests. Please ask at the front desk for any further information upon check-in.

- All packages must be collected at the hotel Front Desk the same day or arrival. Fees will apply for packages left more than 24 hours.
- A $10 fee will apply to deliver your items to your suite.
- Upon delivery, if we cannot locate a future reservation for the package’s recipient the item will be returned to the sender or otherwise discarded.
- Special arrangements must be made in advance if you are shipping three (3) packages or more/or your single package is over weight limit of 10 pounds.
Our hotel is not responsible for the safe or timely arrival of any package sent to the hotel. It is the guest’s responsibility to check on the arrival of any packages and to check to ensure that the contents are intact.
Our hotel accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged boxes or other parcels.
Do you have an airport shuttle?
We do not have an airport shuttle. Please contact the bell stand or the front desk to assist you with private transportation or taxi service.
Do you have access to charge an electric-car charging station?
There are five charging stations located within a mile of the hotel.

Yes, we are located across from downtown Doral, and there are many restaurants, retail shops, and grocery stores in the area. A mile away, you will find CityPlace Doral, which offers a cinema, bar, nightlife, and much more.
