Hotel Policies
What are the reservation policies at Ocean Pointe?
DEPOSIT POLICY: First night's room and tax deposit is charged at time of booking to hold a reservation. A reservation that is for 28 nights or more, a $1000 deposit is required. Credit or Debit card must be provided to check-in (no cash deposits).
CANCELLATION POLICY: Changes or cancellations to reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid forfeiture of one night's room and tax or additional penalties. Reservations are held for the date of arrival only, not the entire stay. Should your plans change, please be aware that we require that you inform us in accordance with the following cancellation policies to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.
Standard cancellation policy is 3 days prior to arrival. An early departure fee may apply if changes are not made prior to arrival.

MINIMUM AGE: Must be 21 to make a reservation, check in, and someone at least 21 years of age must reside in the unit for the duration of the reservation.
RESORT FEE: $16.00 plus tax per night. Included with Resort Fee:

- Beach and Pool Chairs (based on availability)
- Pool Towels
- Tennis Court usage
PETS: No pets or emotional support animals are allowed on property. Service Animals MUST be registered prior to arrival, please call 305-440-2773 for assistance.
CHECK-IN is 5pm
CHECK-OUT is prior to 11am
PARKING: Two parking spaces per reservation (no motorhomes, large recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles with logos/advertisement)
DOCK AND MARINA: Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. You must contact Association Dockmaster at [email protected] to reserve.
Reservations cannot be made upon arrival, all reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. Proof of insurance and registration will be required prior to confirmation of your boat reservation. Themarina can accommodate vessels up to 28 feet, including the motor. All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Boats exceeding the registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited. Provident Hotels & Resorts does not manage or control the marina.

What time is checkout at Ocean Pointe Suites?
Checkout is at 11 AM. Late checkout is available for a fee (based on availability).
Is Ocean Pointe Suites pet-friendly?
No pets allowed at the resort.
Are service animals and emotional support animals allowed?
We welcome service animals at our hotel in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). However we do not accommodate emotional support animals. Service animals first need to be registered with property management before entering the property. Please call their office at 305-440-2773 or call the hotel for assistance.
Can I cancel my reservation for free at Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo and receive a full refund?
The Cancellation Policy for your Reservation is outlined in your confirmation email. This includes details on penalty fees if your Reservation is canceled outside the terms of your Reservation.
Facilities, Amenities, and Services
Does Ocean Pointe Suites have a pool?
Yes, there is a recently renovated junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.
Is parking available at Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo?
Yes, parking is available to guests (up to two vehicles per reservation). Maximum 2 vehicles per reservation are allowed on property.
No commercial vehicles, vehicles with advertisement, recreational vehicles, trailers or RV's are allowed on property. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding what vehicles are permitted on property.

Parking is included in the resort fee. Currently $16 plus tax per night. Subject to change.
Which room amenities are available at Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo?
High-end amenities include fully equipped kitchens, living/dining areas, private balconies, flat-screen TVs, washer/dryers, and luxury linens.
What are some of the property amenities at Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo?
The resort offers a private sandy beach, a boardwalk with a panoramic gazebo overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, a marina with a boat ramp, a junior-Olympic-size pool, tennis courts, and nature trails.
Are any cleaning services offered at Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo?
Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Can I bring my boat to the property?
If your plans include bringing a boat, our marina can accommodate vessels up to 28 feet, including the motor. Please contact the DockMaster office for fees and availability. A minimum of two (2) weeks advance reservations are required. Proof of insurance and registration will be required prior to confirmation of your boat reservation. Due to limited space, no boat will be allowed on property if prior arrangements have not been made with the DockMaster office. Jet Skis and Jet Boats are not permitted on the property at any time.
