Hotel Policies
What are the reservation policies at The Mutiny Hotel?
DEPOSIT POLICY: First night’s room and tax deposit is charged at time of booking to hold a reservation. A reservation that is for 28 nights or more, a $1000 deposit is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Changes or cancellations to reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid
forfeiture of one night's room and tax.
Reservations are held for the date of arrival only, not the entire stay.
There is a one night penalty charge for early departure.
Upon Check in, the remaining balance for room and tax along with a daily incidental hold of up to $60 a day will be authorized on the credit/debit card presented at check in.

MINIMUM AGE: Must be 21 years old to check in to the hotel.
CHECK-IN is at 4:00 PM. If you arrive early we will do our best to accommodate you. If you plan on checking in prior to 10:00 am, we suggest you book the night before to guarantee an early arrival.
CHECK-OUT is before 11:00 AM.
PET POLICY: Pets are NOT Allowed.
SMOKING POLICY: We are proud to be a smoke free hotel. Smoking is NOT permitted in any guest room, hallway, balcony or indoor public areas.
PARKING POLICY: Valet parking is provided for $30 per night, plus tax per car. Self-parking is not available. However; metered street parking is available nearby.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you plan on having mail delivered to the hotel ahead of your arrival please be aware that a fee may apply for package and luggage storage. Please contact the front desk at 305-441-2100 for more information.
