Founders Daniel, from the bustling streets of Mexico City, and Dominique, raised in the vibrant culture of Mérida, Yucatán, both grew up in kitchens filled with the sounds, smells, and stories of family. For them, cooking wasn’t just a skill—it was a shared experience, passed down through generations.

“Our love for Mexican cuisine comes from childhood memories—family gatherings at Abuelita’s house, the aroma of fresh cilantro, roasted chiles, onions, and rich chocolate in the air. These moments shaped our lives and our recipes,” they share. “Authentic Mexican food isn’t something you learn in school—it’s something you live.”
