DEPOSIT: First night's room and tax deposit is charged at time of booking to hold reservation.

A reservation that is for 28 nights or more, a $1000 deposit is required.

CANCELLATION: Reservations are held for the date of arrival only. Changes or cancellation of reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

Our cancellation/change policy is not contingent upon any circumstances other than Hurricane Warnings issued by the National Weather Service. Travelers insurances can be purchased through independent suppliers as a safeguard against unforeseen circumstances that may result in penalties levied by lodging, car rental and airlines.

CHECK IN: Check In is after 4pm at the 24 Hour Front Desk. Early check in is not guaranteed. If Sunset Vistas is not notified of a delay in arrival, the hotel will automatically cancel the reservation at 6:00am the morning after the scheduled arrival date. At this point the deposit will be forfeited. Cashless Front Desk, must provide Credit/Debit Card at check in.

MINIMUM AGE: Must be 25 to make a reservation, check in, and someone at least 25 years of age must reside in the unit for the duration of the reservation.

CHECK OUT: Check Out is prior to 11am.

INCIDENTAL HOLD: At check in the front desk will establish credit for room charges and tax plus $100 per suite on all single night reservations to be held on the credit or debit card presented at check-in. On all reservations of two nights or more, the credit established will be $60 per room, per day will be held for incidental charges and either charged or released at checkout.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Weekly housekeeping service is provided. Additional full service cleanings are available for an additional fee with advance notice.

PARKING: Each two bedroom suite receives one reserved parking space. Each three bedroom suite receives two reserved parking spaces. Additional vehicles are subject to limited guest parking that may not be located directly on Sunset Vistas property. Recreational vehicles, oversized vehicles and trailer of any kind are not permitted onsite.

PETS: Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not allowed on property. Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites adheres to Federal ADA Law allowing ADA Compliant Services Animals. Service Animals must be registered with the Front Desk upon check in.

You can check in from 4 PM to 6 AM. Check-out time is 11 AM. 

Unfortunately, pets aren't allowed. 

Yes, Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites offers free cancellation on select room rates, because flexibility matters! Please refer to the Sunset Vistas Two-Bedroom Beachfront Suites cancellation policy on our site for more details about any exclusions or requirements. 

Yes, complimentary parking is available for guests (each unit comes with one parking space). Limited city parking is also available nearby.

The property features two pools. There is a large heated pool with a Jacuzzi, as well as a splash pool for kids.

High-end amenities include fully equipped kitchens, sleeper sofas, flat-screen TVs in all rooms, washers and dryers, luxury linens, and complimentary Wi-Fi.  

Yes, take advantage of our Cafe & Beach Bar for tropical cocktails, breakfast lunch, or a casual dinner just a step away from the beach!  

Yes, guests have access to a fitness center and a pool during their stay!
