DEPOSIT: First night’s room and tax deposit is charged at time of booking to hold reservation.

A reservation that is for 28 nights or more, a $1000 deposit is required.

CANCELLATION: Reservations are held for the date of arrival only. Changes or cancellation of reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

Our cancellation/change policy is not contingent upon any circumstances other than Hurricane Warnings issued by the National Weather Service.

Travelers insurances can be purchased through independent suppliers as a safeguard against unforeseen circumstances that may result in penalties levied by lodging, car rental and airlines.

CHECK IN: Check In is after 4pm at the Front Desk, open from 9am to 9pm. Cashless Front Desk, must provide Credit/Debit Card at check in. 

Should you be arriving after 9pm you will need to proceed to our affiliate property in order to check in and receive keys and parking pass:

Please contact us at 1-855-843-0163 prior to arrival to arrange a late check in, or if you have any additional questions. Early check in is not guaranteed. If Provident Oceana is not notified of a delay in arrival, the hotel will automatically cancel the reservation at 6:00am the morning after the scheduled arrival date. At this point the deposit will be forfeited.

MINIMUM AGE: Must be 25 to make a reservation, check in, and someone at least 25 years of age must reside in the unit for the duration of the reservation.

CHECKOUT: Check-Out is prior to 11:00am.

INCIDENTAL HOLD: Atcheck in the front desk will establish credit for room charges and tax plus $100 for all reservations to be held on the credit or debit card presented at check-in and either charged or released at checkout. The credit/debit card name must match and be presented with a valid ID of the registered guest. Pre-paid cards will not be accepted.

HOUSEKEEPING: Services are only provided between stays. Should you need additional amenities, please contact the Front Desk.

PARKING: Each suite receives one reserved parking space. Recreational vehicles, oversized vehicles and trailer of any kind are not permitted onsite. Additional parking can be located in any Treasure Island City Parking lot. Fees will apply as all lots are metered. Please visit MyTreasureIsland.org for parking information.

PETS: Provident Oceana is a dog friendly property, breed restrictions apply.

A $100 non-refundable dog fee will be charged upon arrival for guests with a dog. We also require a form to be filled out regarding to the dog's information and our policies and procedures.

Check-in is from 4–9 PM. Late check-in is available at one of our other locations nearby. 

Check-out is at 11 AM. 

Yes, dogs are allowed at the property. There's a non-refundable fee of $100.00 USD per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. 

Even though we are a dog-friendly property, dog breed restrictions do apply. Please call the hotel for details or questions regarding the dog breed restrictions. 

Yes, Provident Oceana Beachfront Suites offers free cancellation on select room rates, because flexibility matters! Please refer to the Provident Oceana Beachfront Suites cancellation policy on our site for more details about any exclusions or requirements. 

Yes, the property has two outdoor pools. Pool access is from 9:00AM to Dusk. 

Complimentary self-parking is available at the property (limit one parking spot per reservation). 

Yes, self-serve washers and dryers are located in each of our guest rooms.

Top room amenities include full kitchens, air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs. 

Some of the more popular amenities offered include complimentary Wi-Fi, two pools, two hot tubs, a rooftop observation deck, and complimentary parking (limit one spot per reservation).
