What time is check-in at the hotel? Is early check-in possible?
Check-in at the hotel is at 4p.m. An early arrival fee may be applicable.
What time is checkout at the hotel? Is late checkout possible?
Check-out at the hotel is at 11 a.m. A late checkout fee may be assessed and based on the hotel's daily rate.
Is there an age minimum for check-in?
The minimum age for check-in at the hotel is 21 years of age.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
To cancel your hotel reservation you must cancel by 4 p.m. local hotel time 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of one-night room and tax. Advance Purchase rates are fully prepaid and non-refundable.
There is no charge for cancellations made at least 3 days prior to your reservation date. A fee of one night plus tax applies for cancellations made less than 2 days prior to your reservation date.
Are pets welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for pets?
Pets are always welcome at the hotel. There is a family park across the hotel that is pet friendly.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
Smoking is not allowed in the building, but there are designated smoking areas outside.
Can I receive mail and packages at the hotel?
The policies for packages are as follows:
We can receive packages up to the day of departure for guests with the following handling fees, plus taxes.
(1 - 10 pounds) $7.00 per box
(11 - 50 pounds) $10.00 per box
(51 - 75 pounds) $15.00 per box
(Over 75 pounds) $20.00 per box
$100 per pallet
