Property Policies
What are the reservation policies at Provident Grand Luxury Short Term Residences?
DEPOSIT: 50% deposit of entire stay is charged at time of booking to hold a reservation.
CANCELLATION: Reservations are held for the date of arrival only. Changes or cancellation of reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of 50% deposit room and tax. Full reservation penalty for early departure. Advance deposit discounted rates are NON-refundable.
Our cancellation/change policy is not contingent upon any circumstances other than Hurricane Warnings issued by the National Weather Service.
Travelers insurances can be purchased through independent suppliers as a safeguard against unforeseen circumstances that may result in penalties levied by lodging, car rental and airlines.

RESORT FEE: Daily Resort fee is $19.00 plus 13% tax.
MINIMUM AGE: Must be 21 to make a reservation, check in, and someone at least 21 years of age must reside in the unit for the duration of the reservation.
CHECK OUT: Check Out is prior to 11:00am.
INCIDENTAL HOLD: At the time of check in, a credit card is required to be checked into Provident Grand. The credit card will be authorized for room, tax and for incidental charges. Incidental authorizations are $500.00 for all suite types, with the exception of the 3 bedroom suite, which is $1,000.00.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: Cleaning fee is subject to 13% tax and must be coordinated with the Provident Grand Office, and includes a full change of sheets and replacement of towels and complimentary amenities.

Guest staying longer than 2 weeks, a mid-week cleaning service is essential at a discounted rate and will be scheduled during check-in.

PARKING: Parking for guest will be issued at check-in and will be assign one parking spot. Each vehicle will be provided a unique parking pass that allows for unlimited parking and entry to Provident Grand. Maximum of one parking pass per Grand Room, Studio Suite, 1B/1B Suite, and 2B/2B Suite & two (2) parking spaces for the Signature Three-Bedroom Suite. Parking pass must be visible at all times. Additional Parking can be purchased through valet for $250.00/ monthly. Any lost parking pass will be a penalty of $200.00 to the account.

PETS: Upon arrival a pet registration is required to register each pet. Pay a fee of $350/monthly or $150/Weekly stay (non-refundable)
What time is check-in at the hotel? Is early check-in possible?
Check-in at the hotel is at 4p.m. An early arrival fee may be applicable.
What time is checkout at the hotel? Is late checkout possible?
Check-out at the hotel is at 11 a.m. A late checkout fee may be assessed and based on the hotel's daily rate.
Is there an age minimum for check-in?
The minimum age for check-in at the hotel is 21 years of age.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
To cancel your hotel reservation you must cancel by 4 p.m. local hotel time 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of one-night room and tax. Advance Purchase rates are fully prepaid and non-refundable.
There is no charge for cancellations made at least 3 days prior to your reservation date. A fee of one night plus tax applies for cancellations made less than 2 days prior to your reservation date.
Are pets welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for pets?
Pets are always welcome at the hotel. There is a family park across the hotel that is pet friendly.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
Smoking is not allowed in the building, but there are designated smoking areas outside.
Can I receive mail and packages at the hotel?
The policies for packages are as follows:
We can receive packages up to the day of departure for guests with the following handling fees, plus taxes.
(1 - 10 pounds) $7.00 per box
(11 - 50 pounds) $10.00 per box
(51 - 75 pounds) $15.00 per box
(Over 75 pounds) $20.00 per box

Studio, 1-Bedroom, and 2-Bedroom: Free parking (1 parking space per unit).
3-Bedroom Suite: Free parking (2 parking spaces per unit).
