“Highly recommend” - TripAdvisor

This is our second year vacationing in this area, really enjoyed this hotel, staff was really friendly, pool was very large for a condo complex, beach was wonderful. Room was clean and had some items stocked for you, such as paper towels and dish washing liquid. I would stay here again.

Stayed June 2016, traveled with family

“Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites” - TripAdvisor

Large and comfortable. We would stay here again. The kitchen was full size and even had a washer and dryer and dishwasher. There were plenty of dishes and they were in good shape. The larger bedroom and the living room both overlooked the beach. You are assigned a parking spot, so there is no need to worry about parking. People have left misc. beach items as you enter the beach. Guests are welcome to use whatever was left behind. We used several items and left a few of our own. We went in August and the beach was not crowded. We highly recommend this place and are planning on returning.

Good 1-night Stayover Get-away...Trip Advisor

Good 1-night Stayover Get-away Anita W , Austin, Texas (6/22/16) I went with my boyfriend's family over mother's day week. We decided on a place with 3 separate living/sleeping areas as my boyfriend and I aren't married yet. We got a room for a night with one bedroom, one master bedroom w/attached bath and boyfriend slept in the living area, where there was a sofa bed. Living was spacious with enough room for the 4 of us and our luggage from our drive from West Palm. We arrived in early afternoon on a Monday, the day after Mother's Day. It was a tad difficult to find the main entrance as the sign for Sailport was blocked by bushes/trees when we approached the location [using Google maps]. When we finally found the entrance, we drove around and found a parking space. The lobby/check-in area it actually located on the 2nd floor of the complex. We checked-in with no issues. They asked us for the original CC that we used to purchase the night so they could verify, and gave us two key cards for the room. Accomodations were nice. When we entered the room, there was a narrow hallway to our left that led to the bedroom #2, bathroom, kitchen area, living area and the patio for the porch. On the other side of the hallway was the master bed/bath rooms. We didn't expect the hallway to be so narrow, but privacy for the individual rooms/areas were adequate. We couldn't hear any of the other residents in the other rooms, so insulation was decent as well. They supplied us with plates, cups, bowls, utensils in kitchen cupboards. We cooked that night and used their materials, though we brought our own chopsticks and pot [yay chopsticks!]. We stepped outside and they had a mini workout station with weather-durable ellipticals, pullup bars, a bike, pushup bars in an island in the atrium-area of the hotel. I thought that was pretty awesome considering this area is a beach-front place and people can do exercises outdoors and get some sunshine while they were at it. So cool!!! I also love the fact that they have a little beach area with wooden chairs and some benches with umbrellas to simulate the beach feel. Overall the rooms, living area, and entire complex including amenities and staff persons there were nice. I would go back to this location for a longer vacation next time.

Everything was

Anonymous , United States of America (6/21/16) Good: Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and very relaxing. Bad: I don't think, anything else could have been needed.

A group of our ladies enjoyed a breakfast brunch at Provident restaurant and hotel the staff was excellent. The food on a scale of 1-10 was definitely a ten. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms and serving area's. We had an overall great time at Provident.

We have stayed here several times for back surgeries. All the time the staff have been amazing and gone above & beyond!! Jerry is one particular employee we would like to mention as a star!! Sailport is blessed to have him along with he rest of the team. He cares about the guests & owners and it is very noticeable!! Keep up the great work team at Sailport!!

Thank You

I stayed at the Mutiny Hotel for 2 days after surgery, and the room was amazing. The staff very friendly, and the room service food delicious. The view from my room made my recovery so much easier. Thank you to the entire staff and especially to Raisa. 6/10/16

Janet (6/7/16) We went for a birthday weekend and enjoyed every minute. The addition of the restaurant was very nice and the food was delicious. Especially loved watching the sunsets from our balcony. We will come again!

Beautiful View - Lovely Staff...TripAdvisor

Sggarner92 (5/16/16) I considered calling this hotel to thank the staff again for their terrific service and kindness. However, I felt a positive review for potential future hotel guests would have a greater impact. Our flight was delayed and the staff helped us to extend our room rental affordably so we could get the most out of our weekend to the Tampa area. The room was very clean and had a lovely view. The hotel is located on a portion of Tampa Bay that has a good selection of nearby restaurants, tourist attractions and a public beach. The shuttle service is beyond fabulous! The amenities onsite (pool, sandy play area for volleyball, sunning, relaxing by fire pit and playing cornhole, a poolside restaurant and dock with complimentary fishing gear) are perfect if you want to just hang at the resort as we did. Very restful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Book it!
