We stayed at this wonderful resort in October - Very clean, wonderful view and friendly and trust worthy staff. We thought all of our belongins were with us at check out. We thought we room had been checked and packed all our belongings, but after getting back to Orlando I noticed that a Nintento DS & a holder of games had been left behind. To my surprise and delight I called and asked if they might have found it they hadn't at that time and I just knew it was gone forever. But by the end of the following week a staff member called and someone found it and turned it in. A wonderful and polite staff member got my information and mailed everything back to me safe and sound. I am very thankful since this device helps pass time at my many doctors appoiments due to chronic illiness. Brought my faith back in humanity and that there are still true and honest people out there. I will be back for another stay. Thanks for finding my belongings and having such a beautiful view of the sunset.
