"Pleasant Stay"

Stayed at Sunset Vistas for 5 nights in July and had a very pleasant stay. Even though most properties in St. Pete are aging, Sunset Vistas was very nice and clean. I have a bad back from surgeries and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great except they close at 10pm, which I thought was little early, but it does make for a quiet night for sleeping. The cafe had very good food and reasonably priced. The shop in the cafe had everything you would need to purchase such as snacks, drinks, individual dish tabs and laundry detergent, and toiletries. Great beach area. My kids (18 and 11) loved the ping pong table, volleyball on the beach, and Shake Shop next door (excellent shakes!). Staff was extremely nice, accomodating and helpful. Tiki bar is a little pricey but we bought our own drinks at the grocery store.

Assigned parking was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again. Ate at Gators our last night there. Fun place to eat outside on the water, watching the pelicans dive for fish. Had great, inexpensive margaritas and good food!
