Good 1-night Stayover Get-away...Trip Advisor

Good 1-night Stayover Get-away Anita W , Austin, Texas (6/22/16) I went with my boyfriend's family over mother's day week. We decided on a place with 3 separate living/sleeping areas as my boyfriend and I aren't married yet. We got a room for a night with one bedroom, one master bedroom w/attached bath and boyfriend slept in the living area, where there was a sofa bed. Living was spacious with enough room for the 4 of us and our luggage from our drive from West Palm. We arrived in early afternoon on a Monday, the day after Mother's Day. It was a tad difficult to find the main entrance as the sign for Sailport was blocked by bushes/trees when we approached the location [using Google maps]. When we finally found the entrance, we drove around and found a parking space. The lobby/check-in area it actually located on the 2nd floor of the complex. We checked-in with no issues. They asked us for the original CC that we used to purchase the night so they could verify, and gave us two key cards for the room. Accomodations were nice. When we entered the room, there was a narrow hallway to our left that led to the bedroom #2, bathroom, kitchen area, living area and the patio for the porch. On the other side of the hallway was the master bed/bath rooms. We didn't expect the hallway to be so narrow, but privacy for the individual rooms/areas were adequate. We couldn't hear any of the other residents in the other rooms, so insulation was decent as well. They supplied us with plates, cups, bowls, utensils in kitchen cupboards. We cooked that night and used their materials, though we brought our own chopsticks and pot [yay chopsticks!]. We stepped outside and they had a mini workout station with weather-durable ellipticals, pullup bars, a bike, pushup bars in an island in the atrium-area of the hotel. I thought that was pretty awesome considering this area is a beach-front place and people can do exercises outdoors and get some sunshine while they were at it. So cool!!! I also love the fact that they have a little beach area with wooden chairs and some benches with umbrellas to simulate the beach feel. Overall the rooms, living area, and entire complex including amenities and staff persons there were nice. I would go back to this location for a longer vacation next time.
