Really enjoyed our week long vacation here. We had a West facing room and the view was excellent. The room was clean and had a washer and dryer which was great. Direct beach access and two pools to choose from with our 5 year old daughter. We liked the food at the café and used the Tiki Hut at night for a frozen adult beverage. The weather was excellent so we had great sunsets. We could even see the dolphins swimming in the morning. Great value.

We where down in Florida visiting family and took three nights to go to the beach. I was looking for a place with two bedrooms and full kitchen that did not break the bank at the same time kept us at peace. We found it with Sunset Vistas. Pools where nice and clean, Suites where nice and big, and the parking was great. Each room had one spot given for parking. Full kitchen made it easy to not spend all our money on food. Our room had a Great view of the main pool and beach. Sunsets where amazing. We had a two year old with us and it was easy to bring him with us at this place.

We just returned from a 6 night stay at Sunset Vistas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I chose Treasure Island because I understood it was much less crowded than Clearwater Beach and more reasonably priced than both Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. This was definitely the case. The property itself is well situated near Publix and John's Pass. Our room was south facing on the 5th floor. I would have preferred west facing or north facing for a better view, however we did have an adequate view. The unit itself had everything we needed to cook meals in the room. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We spent every day in the pool and never had a problem finding a chair. We will certainly return!

I would highly recommend this property! It is very well kept, our room was very nice, clean and had an amazing view of the Bay. We loved that there was a pool and a private beach. Although the beach did not have access to the water, it was not a problem or us. there are several beaches nearby. This place was close to everything, yet you felt like you were in the middle of no where. Great restaurant, the Rusty Pelican was within walking distance and even though we had a car, there is a courtesy shuttle that will take you to any place on the island. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and the staff! We will definately be back!
